FCDS Skill Mission

At FCDS, we are proud to have collected and empowered 15,500 unemployed youth from various parts of the state. Through our Skill Mission, we have upgraded their skills in areas such as Home Health Aid, Security Guard, Chefs, Housekeeping, and Baby Caretaking. The results have been remarkable, with successful job placements and an average starting salary of Rs.21,000 in 2022. We understand the challenges these individuals face due to a lack of skills, but with our training programs, they now have the opportunity for full-time employment and a sustainable, stable income for their families.

Under our Skill Mission, we have established a Home Health Care Unit that guarantees 100% placement for the trained youth. This unit focuses on two core aspects: providing compassionate care to those in need within the comfort of their homes and generating employment opportunities. Our range of services includes patient care, elderly care, baby care, stroke management, diabetes management, and dietary support. All services are offered at affordable charges, covering only the salaries of our well-trained caretakers who have completed our skill training programs.
To date, we have delivered over 39480 services, and the number continues to grow. Currently, our trained home health assistants are dedicatedly caring for 150 elderly and bedridden patients across Bangalore city. With a strong commitment to compassionate caregiving and skill development, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of both the patients and the youth we empower.
